my room has many random members who i do not know

whenever i join my room, there are like 1000-2000+ random people in my room who i do not know. i also cannot lock my room as refreshing doent do anything and the members do not leave even with the remove all guests button. The host permissions also do not work even tho i am the host and all the functions just stay on which i do not want. even as the host i cant change the settings.

Hi there Yael Xaria - if your room link has been shared before, the total number of online members calculates the total that have joined (who may not be currently online.) If you'd like, as a pro member you can create a new Room or you can create a new account with a new room link that is not shared :) We'd also like to make sure you're in your own room and make sure you're not in a community room - you can click on the Explore button (from the Focus dropdown on the right) and select "Back to your room" to ensure you are in your own private space.
